before you book
If you have never received a brow service at PRMP, you are required to schedule the New Client Brow Experience. You can read a full service description here.
Prior to waxing, please review the list of contraindications to waxing under the Waxing FAQ question “When Can’t I wax?” to plan your appointment accordingly.
Be sure to read our policies in their entirety to ensure PRMP is a good fit for you.
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This allows time to complete necessary intake forms and to receive our mandatory studio tour before being serviced. It is important to arrive on time so that your service is not abbreviated and does not feel rushed. Please note, we do reserve the right to reschedule/cancel appointments due to late arrival in accordance with our cancellation policy.
