How to Avoid Cancellation (and Late Arrival) Fees

One of our Promises to you as our guest is to honor your time.  We do our very best to respect our guest's time & to be prompt with every reservation.  We believe that your time is as valuable as our own. We want to ensure we can deliver on the full PRMP Experience by not rushing or abbreviating your service all while by ensuring we don't interfere with the time of guests who may be scheduled after you. We also want to ensure that we have ample time to accommodate other guests who wish to be serviced in the event of a cancellation.

So, here you'll find a few helpful tips to ensure your time and ours is respected and used wisely; Plus this will help you avoid unwanted cancellation and late arrival fees!

1) Be sure we have the correct email address on file. This is how we send appointment reminders and notifications. We like to think we aren't spammers :/ so please don't give us your spam email or an inbox you rarely check."capiche, capiche!!"

2) The moment you make a reservation, add it to your calendar--with notifications turned 'on' AND a reminder for 48 hours in advance; then ANOTHER for 24 hours in advance.  We know what you're thinking-- 'overkill'. Well, we respectfully disagree. The more you are reminded, perhaps the sooner you will communicate your desire to cancel/reschedule allowing us ample time to try to fill the empty time on our schedules.

3) If you typically run late (be honest with yourself), put the reservation or 'leave the house and head to PRMP' message in your calendar for much sooner than your actual reservation time. Ok raise that hand "I vow to be on time all 2023, to PRMP at least"

4) Add a few extra minutes to account for traffic and parking...After all, this IS the DMV.

5) Knowing how to properly cancel a reservation is key.  Emailing us at hello@ prmpbeautystudio.com is the best way to inform us of your intent to cancel 24/7.  "You guys weren't open" or "I tried calling" can all be remedied with a simple email.

If you have an online account, the system will allow cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of your reservation. If you don't receive an email confirming your online cancellation, your reservation isn't cancelled and we expect to see you! (ON TIME, lol we had to say it again for the people in the back!)

6) Yes, "I don't need my brows done today" is considered a same day cancellation. Someone else may have needed theirs done and now, we can't do them because of your last-minute request to downgrade. Remember, if you need to make modifications to your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. Same day requests to remove services are considered same-day cancellations and are subject to our cancellation fees.

7) Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. If you're running late, can't make it, etc. please give us a call so we can let you know if we are able to still accommodate you. (Seriously we have the best girl talk, the least you can do is give us a heads up about the slow down on 695!)

The livelihood of our team and this business depends on your presence. So, please consider our time when budgeting yours.

So now that we've gotten that out of the way, here’s the abbreviated version: Please review our this quick overview of our cancellation and late arrival policies to make sure PRMP is a good fit for you.

- 48 hours notice of any cancellation or service modification, as a courtesy

- 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge

- grace period: 5 minutes (for any service less than 20 minutes)

10 minutes (for any services longer than 20 minutes)

- Your reservation is subject to cancellation and is subject to last minute cancellation fees if you arrive after our grace period

- If we can still accommodate you, you are subject to a $15 late fee in addition to your original service charge.

- You may be asked to wait or reschedule in order to honor our next guest's reservation. If we are unable to accommodate you, and your reservation must be canceled/rescheduled, you are subject to our cancellation fees.

We hope this helps. We know ths is alot, but we promise it's what keeps us going. Love you, bye. See you soon!
