GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST / STUDIO COORDINATOR

PRMP's Guest Experience Concierge is the information center for our busy studio, is instrumental to the daily operations and flow, tends to the social atmosphere and sets the tone for our overall guest experience while maintaining PRMP standards at all times. 

Intent

To provide the highest quality of guest care and service in person, on the telephone and via email; to provide seamless service in guest reception, checkout, telephone and email inquiries and appointment reservations while maximizing sales opportunities.

 Sound like shoes you can fill?  Well, here’s what we want to know:

  • Are you organized beyond organized?

  • Do you love to chit-chat and have the ability to make anyone smile?

  • Do you take pride in your appearance?

  • Are you a fast learner?

  • Do you have strong written and verbal communication skills?

ESTHETICIAN MANAGER

PRMP’s Managing Esthetician is the heart and brain of a studio, embracing and sharing the mission and vision of a company, and who is determined to achieve goals with all the available means. The responsibility is two-fold: first as management and second as a high-performing brow and body waxing specialist.  In this role, you will maintain an overall management style that follows company best practices to ensure the studio is run like a well-oiled machine by ensuring company policies are followed, compliance with state board guidelines, optimizing profits by controlling costs. Leadership, problem-solving skills, empathy and communicative and relational abilities are integral to this role. The Managing Esthetician is the one who encourages the staff, drives, develops and engages the team, sets goals and assesses performance, all the while maintaining an active relationship with the clients.

●  Current DC Esthetician Manager’s License

●  2+ years of experience in a retail, spa, or customer service management environment

●  Prior and recent experience with brow shaping and body waxing is required

BROW ARTIST & BODY WAXING SPECIALIST

We’re looking for beauty professionals with awesome work ethic, amazing attitudes and a desire to make even the saddest brows and bikini lines come to life. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

The successful applicant must:

  • Have a current DC Esthetics License (applicants with out-of-state licenses and ability to obtain reciprocity may be considered)

  • Take pride in their appearance, work, attention to detail and a clean work environment

  • Demonstrate they have the ability to work well within a team, take initiative and have a friendly, bubbly and engaging personality.

  • Be prepared for re-training the PRMP Way

  • Previous experience with brow shaping and body waxing (1 year) is a plus

  • Master Esthetics license is a plus
